I started as an IT recruiter in REED a couple of years ago but always wanted closer contact with candidates. My journey continued to Inventi, a consultancy company, where I worked as an HR Specialist and Account manager, though I still aspired to not only hire candidates but to also take care of them once they started working. I landed a spot as an HR Manager in Storyous, where I am now, and worked my way up to the Head of HR.
